Chandler Macleod will co-design pre-employment programs and facilitate work entry within our client organisation networks to deliver sustainable long-term results.

EOCGE Award

Peoplebank, an RGF Staffing APEJ company have been recognised by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality (EOCGE) seven years in a row.

Peoplebank work consistently to build a workplace culture that ensures its people enjoy the same resources, rewards, and opportunities, regardless of gender.

Peoplebank’s core commitments include initiatives that aid work-life balance and encourage flexible working conditions, alongside measures aimed at eliminating unconscious bias in the hiring process.

Peoplebank also extends its commitment to Australian companies and job seekers by adopting a gender decoder to ensure recruitment descriptions and advertisements are worded in ways that don’t discourage female applicants.

Launch into Work.

Chandler Macleod participates in the Launch into Work program funded by the Australian Government focusing on creating long-term employment pathways for disadvantaged women and helping women to thrive in non-traditional roles.

We have co-designed a 4-week pre-employment program designed to provide eligible women with the support they need to stay in the workforce. The program includes aspects of interview training, workplace training, assessments, mentoring and skill building.

We successfully ran our "Women in Solar" program in conjunction with a major client, assisting women to transition into traditionally male roles on Victorian Solar Farms. Our vision is to expand the program to create more opportunities within our client network for disadvantaged women.
