Women in the workforce.

We believe that a diverse workforce means supporting women to unleash their true potential through valuing their contributions, uplifting and empowering and enabling a full career to exist alongside parenting and caregiving goals. We believe in more than work-life balance, we believe in work-life integration. Our success and initiatives are a testament to our beliefs.

Launch into Work.

Chandler Macleod participates in the Launch into Work program funded by the Australian Government focusing on creating long-term employment pathways for disadvantaged women and helping women to thrive in non-traditional roles.

We have co-designed a 4-week pre-employment program designed to provide eligible women with the support they need to stay in the workforce. The program includes aspects of interview training, workplace training, assessments, mentoring and skill building.

We successfully ran our "Women in Solar" program in conjunction with a major client, assisting women to transition into traditionally male roles on Victorian Solar Farms. Our vision is to expand the program to create more opportunities within our client network for disadvantaged women.
