Join a respected and growing company in the pump industry, providing high-quality services and solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential clients. We are seeking a reliable Technician / Service Scheduler to coordinate service operations and support field technicians with effective scheduling, administration, and technical insight.

Key Responsibilities:
– Schedule and dispatch technicians for installation, service, and maintenance of pump systems.
– Monitor job progress, respond to changes in scope or urgency, and manage daily workload allocation.
– Serve as the first point of contact for customer service enquiries, troubleshooting where possible and coordinating follow-up.
– Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
– Assist with parts ordering, job quoting, and ensuring availability of tools and materials for site work.
– Maintain accurate records of work orders, technician hours, service reports, and customer interactions.
– Support technicians with basic technical knowledge, parts identification, and troubleshooting guidance.
– Monitor compliance with safety procedures, site access requirements, and job documentation.

Requirements:
– Experience in scheduling or service coordination, ideally in a technical or trades-based environment.
– Basic technical understanding of pumps, valves, and mechanical systems (preferred but not essential).
– Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a dynamic environment.
– Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
– Proficiency in scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and job tracking systems.
– Driver Licence required.

Desirable:
– Mechanical or trade background (e.g., Fitter, Plumber, or Pump Technician).
– Experience in the water, plumbing, or mechanical services industry.
