About the Role
Please note this role is on call initially and can lead to ongoing shifts depending on performance.
As a Poultry Process Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Poultry hanging, marination, bagging, packing, and labelling
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and machinery in compliance with food safety standards
• Working in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail and meeting deadlines are essential for success

What We Seek

• Working Rights: Must have valid working rights in Australia
• Availability: Full-time availability for afternoon, night shifts, weekends, and overtime as required for on call shifts.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transport to and from the site
• Physical Fitness: Ability to manage repetitive, physical tasks in a demanding environment
• Comfort Handling Raw Poultry: Must be comfortable working with raw poultry products
• Refrigerated Environment: Ability to work effectively in a cold, refrigerated environment
• Factory Experience: Previous experience in a factory setting is highly desirable
• Safety Focus: A strong emphasis on safety with a good understanding of safe work practices
• Positive Attitude: A positive, energetic, and hardworking approach to work
