Forklift Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team for our clients Distribution Center in Hzelmere. If you're passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and have experience operating high reach forklifts, we want to hear from you!

Job Description: As a High Reach Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating specialized high reach forklifts to safely and efficiently store, retrieve, and transport goods at elevated heights within our warehouse. You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure smooth operations picking and storing inventory correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high reach forklifts to move goods to and from high storage shelves and designated storage areas.
• Safely stack and unstack pallets, crates, and other materials at heights.
• Maintain and organize the warehouse, ensuring stock is stored properly to optimize space and efficiency.
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance on the forklift to ensure safe operation.
• Assist in inventory control by scanning barcodes and ensuring proper documentation of goods.
• Follow all company safety protocols, including the proper handling and movement of materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and timely operations.

• HRWL Forklift Certification required 
• Proven experience operating high reach forklifts or similar material handling equipment.
• Ability to work at heights and maneuver the forklift in narrow aisles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production goals.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and best practices.
