Chandler Macleod is seeking motivated Dockhands and Freight Handlers with LF licences  to join our client, a global leader in courier and delivery services. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing team based in Morwell, working in a fast-paced logistics environment. Candidates with an MR Truck Licence will be highly regarded, with the potential to pick up extra hours assisting with deliveries.

About the Role:

• Ongoing casual positions with immediate start
• Morning shifts: Monday to Friday, approx. 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
• Around 4 hours per day, with potential for additional hours
• Work involves freight handling, sorting, and dock organisation

Key Responsibilities:

• Unloading trucks and breaking down pallets
• Sorting parcel freight and cartons accurately
• Performing physical tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Assisting with local deliveries (if MR licence is held)
• Following all safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Availability for early morning shifts (approx. 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM)
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Forklift licence is will be highly favourable
• MR or HR Truck Licence highly regarded for potential extra hours
• MUST be able to pass a National Police Check (NPC)
• MUST be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test
