There is no better feeling than getting it right for our customers; it’s what drives us to continuously strive to go that one step further to exceed your expectations. That’s why we have structured our organisation and account management to respond to the needs of our clients and candidates, as quickly as possible – but not at the cost of quality.

In the event that we do not meet your expectations, please follow the steps below to submit your complaint. We are committed to doing everything in our power to make things right.

We also value your positive feedback and suggestions, so we know when we’re on the right track, and when we need to adapt our offering to continue to meet your needs.

There are a number of ways in which you can submit your feedback and suggestions, or make a complaint. However, if you are an existing client or candidate of Chandler Macleod Group, we encourage you to speak to your Account Manager or Consultant in the first instance. Where required they will liaise with the various departments within Chandler Macleod Group on your behalf, in order to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

We understand that there may be instances where you wish to comment or provide feedback on our services, and you may not feel comfortable providing this feedback to your CMG Consultant. If you are a Chandler Macleod contractor or temporary/ on-hire employee, you can email your comments/concerns to:

Submitting a Compliment or Suggestion

If you would like to provide a compliment about a member of the Chandler Macleod Group team, please contact your nearest Branch Manager, who will ensure they are recognised for their achievements.

If you would like to make a suggestion on how we can improve our offering, please contact your Account Manager or Consultant if you are an existing customer. Alternatively, please contact your nearest Branch Manager.
