Our client who are a leading utility company needs a Works Coordination Officer to join their team. As the Works Coordination Officer, you will be responsible for answering calls from retailers relating to customer connection, customer data and general enquiries.

  • Answering calls from retailers and other stakeholders regarding customer connections and general enquiries
  • Logging all information into a CRM system and assigning it to the relevant team member
  • Liaising with third-party contractors to coordinate works
  • Disseminating information to relevant parties and ensuring that all necessary parties are informed of any changes to schedules
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Actively engaging in conflict resolution

  • Knowledge of SAP is essential
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • The ability to liaise with various stakeholders and third-party contractors
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • A background in utilities, construction or project coordination would be beneficial.
