Our client who are a leading utility company needs a Works Coordination Officer to join their team. As the Works Coordination Officer, you will be responsible for answering calls from retailers relating to customer connection, customer data and general enquiries.

Our client who are a leading utility company needs a Works Coordination Officer to join their team. As the Works Coordination Officer, you will be responsible for answering calls from retailers relating to customer connection, customer data and general enquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls from retailers and other stakeholders regarding customer connections and general enquiries
- Logging all information into a CRM system and assigning it to the relevant team member
- Liaising with third-party contractors to coordinate works
- Disseminating information to relevant parties and ensuring that all necessary parties are informed of any changes to schedules
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Actively engaging in conflict resolution
Requirements:
- Knowledge of SAP is essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- The ability to liaise with various stakeholders and third-party contractors
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- A background in utilities, construction or project coordination would be beneficial.
