Workforce Development Coordinator
ASAP start for the right candidate
Full time, fixed term position for 6 months
Location: Dandenong
Salary range: $64,014 - $69,506 p.a. plus superannuation
Reports to: Workforce Development Manager

Our reputable client is currently seeking an experienced Workforce Development Coordinator to join their team located in Dandenong for an ASAP start.

This position is accountable for managing and supporting the operational coordination of Chisholm's Professional Development Programs, Reward and Recognition and other key projects associated with the Workforce Development Team.

Certificate in HR, Business/Office Administration or equivalent experience

Skills and Experience


  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills coupled with a collaborative style and ability to communicate effectively to differing audiences.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and plan effectively.
  • Experience with pro-active scheduling and coordination of training programs.
  • High accuracy in work output and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service focus and networking skills with the ability to establish credibility and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to make recommendations that demonstrate credibility and expertise.
  • Continuous improvement focus on all process and applications.
  • Proficient skills including high level of proficiency with MS Office (specifically Excel), TRIM, Frontier, Safetrac, Acendre programs and web based software (Intranet content management).
  • Excellent experience with organising events.


  • Understanding of the post-secondary education sector
  • Experience working with a learning management system (LMS)
