Our client is a well known and established insurance company and they are looking for a High Risk Case Manger based in Sydney CBD. They currently have opportunities for self motivated and proactive team members to join their team.

This is an ideal position for someone with workers compensation experience in an insurance space.

The Role:

  • Provide high level of customer service, focusing on delivering solutions that meet their needs and expectations
  • Ensure all claims related queries are responded to in a timely manner in accordance with service levels
  • Ensuring correct determination liability and compensation entitlements utilising workssafe tools and internal resources
  • High focus on recovery, supporting all facets of personal injury
  • Provide a proactive focus on working with all stakeholders to achieve sustainable RTW outcomes
  • Escalate issues to management to ensure effective and efficient resolutions
  • Making sure all claims management activities associated with claims portfolio are completed in nominated time frames
  • Proactively work within a team environment and actively contribute to team goals, assisting other team members and creating a positive working environment

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous insurance experience within the workers compensation space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Ability to work in high pressure environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Advanced Windows 365 skills
