WHS Administrator

Chandler Macleod is currently recruiting for an WHS Administrator for our client in Griffith, NSW. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to take on administrative tasks of the Safety Team of our client.

Key Duties:

  • Collate and compile WHS data and records
  • Initial analysis of WHS data
  • Draft routine WHS reports
  • Advising line managers of upcoming and overdue WHS related actions
  • Administrative support to incident investigations
  • Other WHS related administrative tasks

    Technical skills/experience:
  • Able to demonstrate advanced proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Able to demonstrate prioritisation, organisation and time management skills
  • Able to demonstrate problem solving ability and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to demonstrate proficiency in business communication with excellent verbal and written communication skills
