Our client is an Australian Manufacturer supplying their products into the Construction, Energy & Industrial markets across the Asia Pacific. Their rich history, spanning over 50 years, have allowed a market leading position within their key market categories. The business has a production facility and distribution centre based in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs and is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing & vibrant team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this leadership role will be responsible for:

  • Supporting & driving the implementation of a paperless WMS system across the operations.
  • Oversee warehouse processes and encourage & implement operational improvements.
  • Manage a team and coordinate activities across the warehouse.
  • Liaising with management & customers with respect to stores operations.
  • Ensuring that strict DIFOT targets, pick accuracy and quality are met at all times.


In order to be considered for this outstanding career opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong background in Warehousing with a firm understanding of operational safety systems across an FMCG/Manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience managing warehouse teams.
  • Experience in the use of SAP will be highly regarded.
  • Current LF License.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
