Chandler Macleod are currently taking applications for Warehouse Labourers to assist with the day to day operations of a cold room storage facility.

This position offers an immediate start on day (6am - 2pm) afternoon shift (2.40pm - 10pm) and night shift (11pm - 6am) 

In this role workers are responsible for:
• Palletising finished products
• Allocating pallets to the appropriate areas
• Assisting with loading of trucks
• Using pallet jacks and forklift to manoeuvre stock around the workplace
• Working in a refrigerated environment (temperatures approximately -16 degrees)
• Undertaking repetitious manual handling-oriented tasks whilst adhering to strict policies, procedures and timeframes

The successful applicant will have:
• Previous experience in a similar role (i.e. manual handling, distribution/warehousing, etc.)
• A current forklift licence is essential
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and computer skills
• Be able to work in a refrigerated environment
• A reliable vehicle and drivers’ licence
• Be physically fit as all positions are fast paced, repetitive and manual handling orientated
