Chandler Macleod is working with a company who currently have an employment opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator, for a temp to perm position (likely to go to perm after 3 months depending on performance) located in Guildford.

The position will be based in the companies Parts and Distribution Centre and working days will be Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Assisting with payroll & payroll related queries
  • Processing Clock in / out times
  • Processing VIMS
  • Compiling reports for Leadership Group
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Raising pre-approvals and Purchase Orders
  • Ordering stock & uniforms
  • Updating Training Matrix and employee folders
  • Updating Warehouse Documents and ensuring all documents are current on our DMS system
  • Contractor Management & coordination
  • Providing support to Supervisors & the Warehouse Manager
  • Other Administrative duties as required


Skills required:

  • Previous Administration & Payroll experience
  • Previous experience working within a warehousing environment
  • Previous experience using SAP
  • Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
  • Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office and relevant internet based applications
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
  • Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
  • Must be able to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks, with effective time management
