Chandler Macleod have multiple opportunities for Voice Pickers at one of Australia's leading grocery supply chains located in Truganina!

You will be required to Voice Pick orders, operate Electronic pallet transporters (Tuggers) and palletise orders. You will be required to move around the facility both on foot and also on transporters. This role involves lots of manual lifting up to 20kgs, so you will need to be physically fit and able to work consistently well in a busy warehousing environment. This is a cold storage facility with temperature as low as 2 degrees. For those with a Forklift (High Reach) experience, positions are available but you must still be willing to do voice picking as well when required.


To be successful for this role you must be:

  • Flexible to work up to 5 shifts per week across Monday to Sunday - Public Holidays included
  • Available for Afternoon shift ( 2pm - 10pm)

    * Meet the Covid Vaccination Mandate requirements for Food Distribution Industry ( Triple Dose)
  • Willing and capable to do repetitive manual handling up to 20kg
  • Willing to with with Voice Pick ( previous experience advantageous, but not essential)
  • Able to operate Transporters / Tuggers (previous experience advantageous, but not essential) or Hold a Valid Forklift (LF) License ( ideally with a proven track record of operating a forklift)
  • A strong team player who can work in a dynamic and diverse work environment
  • Possess excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
