Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS5 Triage and Engagement Work Officer on a contract for 6 months.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • perform a high-level assessment of R&D Tax Incentive registrations with particular focus on the activities conducted.
  • analyse information including R&D activities, business documentation including proposals, business plans, R&D plans, industry and technical data.
  • provide education and guidance to customers on how to self-assess program eligibility and the application process; and
  • manage competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Skills & Experience:

  • analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to apply sound judgement.
  • a demonstrated ability to analyse and understand information across a number of technical disciplines and apply this understanding to evidence-based reporting.
  • strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to confidently lead meetings and presentations when required.
  • strong customer service focus.
  • familiarity with legislative frameworks and comfortable with scientific and technical concepts.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will be required to have a Baseline security clearance.
