Our client a Global leader in Traffic safety management solutions has an imediate requirement for a Training Consultant.
The Training Consultant will be required to come into the business and redesign training documentation that would be up to date with current technical developments but also what would be aligned to customer requirements.
Once the training documentation is designed it would be expected for the Consultant to commence the early roll out of this training to the client's field operational workforce.

About the role,

Lead the learning and development function for the organisation, designing, developing and executing programs and initiatives to support safety, compliance and performance outcomes
Develop/source and implement learning solutions, assessment strategies and resources to optimise learning efficiency and effectiveness
Develop training material, facilitations guides, online content and "Train the Trainer' materials to deliver training programs as appropriate.
Ensure key stakeholders are informed of the status of training, including implementation, updates and changes

TheTraining Consutant will need to be a conceptual leader who can design and create an L&D framework, as well as someone who is hands on, happy to roll up their sleeves and contribute to the development of programs

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role with a Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment
Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to build and sustain professional relationships influence others and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
Experience working with large operational workforces is critical
Proficiency in office and learning technologies, including online learning authoring
