We are currently seeking an experienced administrator for an immediate start on behalf our client, located in Emerald. This opportunity will run for 12 months as a fixed term contract with annual and personal leave included.

This is a great opportunity for a highly organised administration professional to assist the Health Safety Environment Compliance and Training department.

Your duties will include:

  • Provide general administration services to site contractors and company employees
  • Monitor and report on site training and contractor's compliance
  • Booking inductions and ensuring all training is complete and uploaded
  • Ensure all LMS records are acurate and updated
  • High level of data entry involved

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Strong communication skills
  • 5+ year experience within an administration role
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to take direction and prioritize workload
  • High level of organisation skills.
  • Experience within a training, compliance or Health and safety position highly desirable
  • Strong Data entry skills
  • Available to start immediately
