This role is ideal for an individual with a positive growth mindset and a “can-do attitude”. This position will best suit someone who values teamwork and collaboration but also can work successfully as an independent. 

Key Duties
  • Developing a solid understanding of our investment management operating environment and facilitation of the tender functions ensuring the integrity of our procurement process.
  • Prioritizing the timely progression of investments to market post comprehensive final review of all tender materials ensuring the highest quality tender documentation.
  • Proactively addressing any questions from potential respondents and action any tender addendums, notifications, or extensions to timelines on the live tender.
  • Timely action of all tender closes and quality due diligence checks on all responses received within Tenders.Net and our investment management system.
  • Preparation and monitoring of comprehensive evaluation material for use within the evaluation stage of the investment management lifecycle escalating any probity concerns accordingly.
  • Provide quality support to the Procurement team with contract drafting, data entry and purchase order processing in peak times.
  • Build strong relationships and champion a positive collaborative culture and drive strong engagement with all key stakeholders in line with business values.
 
Key Experience
  • You have tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in tender publishing, contract management, business administration or project management.
  • Advanced communication skills and strong eye for detail.
  • Preferably experience in Government or Not For Profit.
  • Advanced proficiency and adaptability in working with technology on a variety of platforms.
  • Ability to work with competing priorities and maintain critical timelines/deadlines.
  • Works collaboratively with others and can effectively liaise with a range of key stakeholders
  • Experience working within organisational policy and governance frameworks.
  • Strong aptitude for problem solving and ability to critically think, objectively analyse and offer meaningful solutions that drive organisational effectiveness and positive outcomes.
  • Be a strong credible advocate for the team and the company with all stakeholders.
