Your new role
  • You will support the telecommunications infrastructure group to ensure optimal revenue growth is achieved.
  • You will be responsible for continuous improvement of commercial growth via the execution of commercial agreements new, existing, and ongoing.
  • You will also be responsible for functions associated with the provision of administrative support to the group and stakeholders of the team.

Your Experience and Skills
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of administration processes and procedures and undertaking of administrative and support activities, including but not limited to the following systems PowerBI, Outlook, Yammer, Copperleaf and all Microsoft systems
  • Experience in customer services and communication techniques
  • Knowledge of data management and the importance of accurate records
  • Sound knowledge of customer service strategies, leadership needs, negotiating and influencing techniques

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and handle diverse workloads
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise, network and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with in a team environment
  • Strong skills in the use of computer operations, business technologies, business reporting systems, business resources and asset management systems that are required for the role.

  • Full time role located in Port Macquarie (36 hours/week)
  • This is an office based role
  • 12 month role with the possibility of extension
