We're on the lookout for teleclaims data entry officers in Melbourne for our partners in the debt collection space.

  • Home/motor claims lodgement using client systems (full training provided)
  • Answering customer queries regarding their policies
  • Accurate data entry
  • Handling up to 7 to 10 inbound calls per shift, may range from 15 mins to an hour each
  • 8 - 4.30/9.00 to 5.30 shift times

Qualifications / Knowledge
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Experience - advantageous, not essential:
  • Previous work in collections, sales, customer service, front facing hospitality or conflict resolution
  • Proven experience working towards targets/KPI's
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A firm, engaging and respectful telephone manner
  • strong attnetion to detail
  • Ability to work across different systems
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures
  • Ability to work through problems to find effective solutions
