Our client:

Our client is a global leader in business communication solutions and currently they are looking for an addition to innivotive team based in the CBD.

The position of Technical Support Manager is a highly visible one and will be instrumental in driving a team of Customer Service Representatives based in the Philippines whose goal is to ensure that new customers are set up for success.

You will work closely with a portfolio of new and existing customers to increase product understanding/capability and maximise efficiency of their messaging.

This role will include a variety of tasks which include the following:
  • Oversee global customer onboarding program
  • Lead a team 15 based in the Philippines
  • Develop customer understanding of technology and solutions
  • Identify ways to grow customer message volumes
  • Building solid relationships with client and multiple stakeholders
  • Build referral channels through effective relationships
