They are now on the search for a Technical Support Consultant to join their adaptive and high performing team in a full-time capacity.

You will be the primary point of contact to support your clients requiring at-call IT support, you'll be there to assist in resolving issues and ultimately be the champion of all thing’s technology.

What you’ll be doing
  • Be the hero your clients turn to for all their ICT needs.
  • Juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease and professionalism.
  • Work within established protocols and guidelines to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage and facilitate the obligations of our managed services plans
  • Manage client CSP, cyber security and other general IT SaaS offerings
  • Manage and facilitate the majority of client IT upgrade and migration projects
  • Maintain and monitor internally used (Azure based) IT infrastructure
  • Maintain client and internal IT infrastructure documentation and procedure manuals
  • Quoting and procurement of IT equipment for customers
  • General admin/billing tasks associated with provided managed IT services
Longer term goals
  • Learning how to use BBS software packages with a view to being able to provide end user supports
  • Learning the technical setups of BBS software packages to assist with migrations and new customer setup
What Tech Expertise you will bring
  • Networking fundamentals (eg DNS, DHCP, VPN etc)
  • Configuring computer and networking hardware, installing software, configuring printers, scanners routers etc.
  • RMM/PSA Platform Experience (remote management and support ticketing)
  • Microsoft 365/Office 365
    • User and License Management
    • Exchange Online Mailbox management (eg delegation, forwarding, shared mailboxes etc)
    • Multi-Factor Authentication
  • Microsoft Office Applications
    • O365 User licensing
    • Mailbox configuration
  • Microsoft Windows Server
    • Active Directory user and group management
    • Microsoft Remote Desktop Services configuration and management
  • Understanding of Security Products
    • Anti-Virus
    • DNS Filter
    • Spam Filter
    • Multi-Factor Authentication
