About the role
As a Team Leader position within the Complaints Team, where you will support the Complaints team to prepare high level advice including letters, briefs and reports for a range of audiences including Ministers, Executive leadership, and Advisory councils
You will need the ability to understand Legislative and Policy requirements for responses and have the ability to manage a team. You will support and guide the team through establishing clear processes and procedures. You will assist in achieving the branches strategic objectives and goals.

Key requirements

  • Must have experience in a team leadership position
  • Experience working in a government agency or department is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage conflicting schedules and coordinate effectively.
  • Excellent time management, planning and efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident to meet security requirements.
