Chandler Macleod are seeking an experienced Team Coordinator to join one of our top Financial Clients for a full time permanent position based in Martin Place.

Responsibilities of this role:

  • Expense and corporate credit card management and reconciliation in Concur
  • Calendar management for bankers
  • Team-assist backup
  • Assist with with internal and external stakeholders
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements as required
  • Providing telephone coverage and taking accurate messages
  • General administration including ad hoc project work
  • Meeting support and preparation including internal and external meeting materials, printing, binding and scanning of documents
  • Document processing / markups
  • Madison meeting and contacts update
  • Purchasing requisitions and invoicing
  • Log maintenance service requests

  • To be successful for this role you will have:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a previous team coordinator/branch coordinator/support position
  • Previous experience in Financial Services or Investment Banking beneficial
  • Excellent communication and a professional manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Time management and prioritisation skills
