Our client AGL Energy are on the lookout for Team Administrator to join the Enterprise Real Estate team on a contract basis. The incumbent will display behaviours which reflect and actively demonstrate alignment to the AGL Values of: Care in every action, Integrity always, Better together, Deliver your best, Shape tomorrow

The purpose of this role is to support the Enterprise Real Estate team in delivering quality services through the management of vendor account relationships, raising purchase requisitions, goods receipting, processing invoices and record keeping.

Qualifications, key skills and experience required

  • You're passionate about customer service, are an advocate for your client and you have experience in this type of role.
  • You have exceptional interpersonal communication skills - both written and verbal- combined with the ability to relate to people at all levels and adapt your approach as required.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills, you are comfortable working both autonomously and in a team.
  • You have a strong ability to understand and manage the invoicing process, you are organised, have a strong attention to detail, a critical mindset and are adaptable.
  • Purchasing system knowledge is essential.
