About the role:

  • Promote, maintain and improve talent acquisition strategies, frameworks and tools
  • Assisting with the generation and writing of position descriptions
  • End to end recruitment/talent acquisition processes to include advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, induction and onboarding
  • Candidate management throughout the process
  • Working with the communications team, develop, implement and monitor social media strategy, and maintain social media channels
  • Monthly reporting and forecasting

About you:

  • You will have previous experience in working with and improving talent acquisition strategies including system and policy changes
  • You will have previous experience of end-to-end recruitment processes - either agency or internal
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills and about to communicate at all levels across the organisation
  • You will have high attention to detail and strong accuracy skills
