The solution will include a fully integrated technology platform and will deliver a market leading candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience.

This key Talent Acquisition Consultant role focusing on Fujitsu ANZ hiring (working alongside 12+ other Recruitment Managers and 10 Offshore specialists) is critical to the successful delivery of our new onsite model, managing its own portfolio within this business, focusing on volume recruitment within ANZ.

This role will see you working alongside and reporting into a Recruitment Manager to provide high quality service delivery to Fujitsu stakeholders. The opportunity to grow and develop into a strong business partner will be given in return.

  • Own and deliver recruitment services across designated division
  • Manage permanent and contractor hiring needs
  • Develop external partnerships and relationships with outsourced suppliers
  • Talent pooling and proactive sourcing techniques focus
  • Advertising, Screening, shortlisting, interviewing, assessment and offer duties to support the hiring manager population
  • Drive social media attraction campaigns

Required Experiences / Skills

  • A real passion for and making a difference within Talent and sourcing
  • Experience working under pressure and dealing with ambiguity
  • Success and experience in sourcing and recruiting both permanent and contractors (preferred but not essential)
  • Solid Recruitment / Talent industry experience and knowledge (ideally 1 years plus)
  • Good knowledge and experience in driving successful attraction campaigns
  • Strong work ethic and professional stakeholder management experience
  • A can do attitude who is willing to support the Recruitment Manager day to day as needed
