We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant for one of our valued clients based in the CBD on a 6 month contract. Reporting into the Team Leader within the People and Performance team you will be responsible for providing efficient and timely recruitment support to business leaders of all levels. This role is dedicated to the recruitment of roles where there has been an agreed vacancy approved.


  • Working with hiring managers/leaders throughout the business, covering high volume blue & white collar roles.
  • Working within the sourcing brief provided by the hiring manager and HR Business Partners, run the recruitment process for roles, ensuring proactive and early identification and resolution of issues which might impact the ability of the client to hire the best candidate for the role.
  • Complete all recruitment and on-boarding HR activities, including pre-employment coordination and completion, documentation preparation and management of the Recruitment Management System.
  • Ongoing monitoring of the effectiveness of open recruitment activities, to ensure that any blocks to successful filling of roles is able to be addressed before they have an impact;
  • Identifying ongoing process efficiencies in the recruitment process that save time or money, whilst not compromising effectiveness of recruitment outcomes;
  • Provide regular reporting to business and HR leaders, in line with standardised recruitment requirements.

    Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Previous industry experience in developing recruitment activities, working within highly standardised process
  • Experience in high volume recruitment environments and managing campaign recruitment activities
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Experience in a position that involves a high volume of internal and external customer interaction and relationship management
  • Experience with MS Office and contemporary recruitment technology
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to use initiative
