The Role:

We have partnered with one of Australia's leading mining and infrastructure solutions providers. They are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator for a 12-month contract covering maternity leave. This role is based in Cannon Hill with options once working autonomously to work from home. To be eligible for this position you must be able to work an 8:6 roster.

About you:

  • Prior administration experience in a similar industry an advantage
  • Strong customer service experience in supply chain logistics or scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP very desirable
  • Possess unquestioned reputation for integrity, ethics, personal values and solid character
  • Builds the trust of others both internally and externally
  • Demonstrate innate business intellect, achievement orientation and competitive spirit
  • High functioning team member

Responsibilities:

  • Create Stock transport orders and delivery dockets as per plan supplied by schedulers
  • Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Review transport invoices and freight accrual and send for payment
  • Monitor I-Auditor for Fault reports and create maintenance notifications and work orders
  • Create Maintenance PO's relative to work orders
  • Create Inbound deliveries and process goods receipts
  • Create service entry sheets for Service Purchase orders
  • Ad hoc support to the Agriculture Field Service team
