About the role
We are partnering one of Australia's leading resources companies, is seeking to engage Project Supervisors from Electrical | Mechanical | Civil disciplines to oversee various Non-Process Infrastructure projects in the WA Pilbara. As Project Supervisor you will represent our clients' interests on a variety of NPI projects, including water | electrical infrastructure installation and | or remediation works, ensuring relevant company processes are adhered to by the contractor.
This assignment will cover a period of 6 months with possible extension, on an 8:6 roster, 12 hours days, in Northern Pilbara, in and around Port Hedland.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following work experience:

  • Trade qualifications in Electrical | Mechanical | Civil | Construction disciplines
  • Five (5) + years' experience in a Supervisory capacity in the Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) and/or Maintenance mining projects space
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor for one of the major mining houses, familiar with the client's requirements and processes, including organising permit to work and be the permit holder if required
  • Exceptional commitment to safety, schedule and quality
  • Project Management exposure advantageous
  • Strong leadership qualities, be cool headed under pressure and has shown ability to think on their feet


Ideal candidates must also hold the following prerequisites:

  • MUST have Section 44 Supervisor accreditation
  • MUST have Fire Technology Qualifications
  • Provision of a current Drivers License and Australian working rights
