Our client is seeking to engage a Strata Manager in their Liverpool Office.

Position Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join the team in their Liverpool office. They are a well-established firm and have been operating across Sydney for over 40 years.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct AGM's and other meetings and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notices, and minutes.
  • Liaising with Committee Members, Owners Corporations, Contractors, and other organisations to ensure a high-level of strata management service is provided to a portfolio of properties.
  • Manage work orders from start to finish and the invoice approval process.
  • Prioritise the workload and manage urgent strata scheme matters.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Experience in Strata Management.
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Licence.
  • Drivers Licence.
  • Microsoft Office and Strata Master (or similar program) experience.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Strata Act & Regulations.
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
