We are looking for an exceptionally organised Administration Assistant to undertake clerical office tasks. SAP is desirable or Kronos
This role will suit someone with strong organisational and communication skills who is able to work both independently and within a team.
Responsibilities include:

  • Data entry
  • Maintaining and updating orders through SAP
  • Promptly responding to all enquiries and all incoming communications.
  • Providing strong communication skills
  • General office admin.
  • High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP or Kronos
  • Must have professional telephone manners.
  • Must have initiative and a strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable, able to follow instructions and ask questions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
