The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic highly motivated individual to be part of our Mulgrave team. As a Workforce Coordinator you will be a team player who is professional, highly organised and a key communicator to service the day to day operations of our rostered clients in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

The Role:

The role of a Workforce Coordinator will see you take ownership of all aspects of the rostering system for our large-scale clients in the blue-collar industry. You will be confident working directly with clients and candidates; supporting our clients with their workforce needs. The role will involve coordinating daily weekly rosters, liaising daily with clients and candidates, ensuring rosters are built with 100% fill rate and prioritizing your daily workload. The role is fast pace and requires someone with exceptional communication and time management skills, a person who can think outside the box when situations arise to ensure client staffing levels are meet. You will be offered extensive job training learning the roster system and the roles and responsibilities of our client sites.

The successful applicant will be required to work from Monday - Friday with the flexibility to work Part time with the ability to flex up for additonal hours. This would suit Mums returning to the workforce looking for work life balance and or Uni students studying looking for hours early morning or later in the day across Monday to Friday.


Skills & Experience :

Recent and relevant experience in a workforce planning role -highly desirable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent phone manner
Ability to understand and manipulate rosters to ensure coverage
Scheduling and reporting experience
Ability to prioritize workload
Thrive in a fast pace environment
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
