We are currently looking for an experienced Staffing Coordinator based to be based along St Kilda Road in a busy office environment for a minimum of a 2 month contract.

Summary of the role:

The role is to work alongside the business representatives, direct employees, and external contacts to receive job requests, place in our booking system, fill utilizing either internal staff or outsource as required. This is an admin heavy role using FastTrack to manage bookings. Correspondence is via both email and phone so great communication skills are necessary.
