About the role:

This role exists to provide procurement knowledge, customer service, advice and assistance in the execution of organization's transactional procurement processes. This role provides support across the key business procurement systems, with a focus on the source to contract system (Zycus). In addition to managing and perform system administrator functions, the Sourcing Support Coordinator will also develop and maintain training materials relating to both systems and processes and deliver training to staff at all levels across the organization

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining training materials for procurement processes and systems.
  • Delivery of training both face to face and via telephone and skype, in group settings and one to one as required.
  • Advising business units in the use of source to contract systems and integration to procure to pay systems.
  • Provide second level support for enquiries related to procurement process and systems using online service management tool.
  • Aid and advise business staff in procurement policy and process
  • Act as a reliable and trusted point of contact for business staff and suppliers
  • Take care of own and colleague's Health and Safety through identification and reporting of hazards and active involvement in Health and
    improvement initiatives.

  • Identifies and manages a range of complex and often competing needs while finding innovative solutions to resolve stakeholder issues.
  • Effectively negotiates with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes and implements complex strategies to build buy-in and support from
    key internal and external clients or stakeholders
  • Assists clients to clarify their needs, provides advice in area of expertise and develops practical solutions to complex problems
  • Actively promotes and drives change using broad influencing skills to overcome barriers and gain support, while managing complex
    stakeholder issues that are integral to the change process
  • Resilience and the ability to deliver outcomes in ambiguous and complex environments
  • A rigorous approach to problem identification and a creative approach to problem solving.
