Position title: Snr Business Development Manager - Facilities Services.

Salary / Rate: Up to $175K+ (NEG - DOE)
Purpose of this position:


We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Business Development Manager to lead and manage our client's expansion plan. This top tier services contractor is moving into its next phase of growth.
This senior leadership role is an exciting opportunity to work with other motivated and talented individuals. As a valued member of the Business Development team you will be pivotal in engaging with an existing client base, be able to identify new opportunities across a wide range of industries both regionally and nationally. Your established personal brand, as a well-connected and respected account manager will match well with this organisation's reach and influence.

The Person:

  • You will be an experienced and established Business Development Manager with skills in the full BD, Sales and Account Management lifecycle
  • You will have previous sales experience with Tier 1, 2 or 3 clients within engineering, construction, maintenance, M&E or facilities services sector
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders /clients, peers and colleagues
  • Identity, and follow up new business leads
  • Detailed understanding of the commercial building services markets, customers and competitive landscapes
  • Demonstrated experience in multi-disciplinary service delivery.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate with a wide variety of people including managing relationships with internal and external clients / suppliers / contractors, etc
