Our client is a leading investment platform provider across insurance, superannuation and investment products. They are an ASX listed Fintech firm currently experiencing growth and are seeking an employee with strong SMSF fund administration experience to set up the SMSF function.

The Role:
  • Prepare establishment document for new Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs)
  • Prepare annual superannuation financial statements for SMSFs using Class software
  • Prepare annual superannuation and tax returns
  • Process taxation notices and prepare correspondence to clients
  • Process transactions from source documentation into Class Software
  • Calculating and processing ad-hoc superannuation payments for clients
  • Process transactions for Trustees, benefits transfers, pensions, contributions and benefits payments on behalf of members
  • Checking and maintaining data integration and identify automation and efficiency improvement
  • Prepare audit papers and facilitate audit with the external auditor.
You Need:
  • 2+ years SMSF Administration experience
  • MUST have CLASS software experience
  • Experience working with superannuation queries and administration tasks
  • Ideally have experience setting up SMSF
  • Strong and articulate communication skills
