Chandler Macleod are currently taking applications for an experienced Site Trainer at the Baiada Beresfield Processing Plant. If you are looking for a fast-paced and varied role with an immediate start and an opportunity to shine with an industry leader, this is the role for you!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inducting new employees on site
  • Creating and reviewing training documents including task instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Liaising with external training providers
  • Conducting refresher training on site and rolling out new policies and procedures to staff


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Qualification in Training & Assessment or other relevant qualification (or willing to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a similar role - ideally within a food manufacturing environment
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Able to work a flexible roster, including weekends and afternoon shifts - this role will predominantly be a day shift position
