Site Manager

An opportunity exists for an experienced Site Manager to join one of highly sought clients in Bairnsdale for a Full-time Permanent opportunity to commence immediately. The ideal person for the role will have excellent leadership skills and be looking for a role with room to grow and make an impact on a new team.

The Site Manager will be responsible for a team of Recruiters, Employment Consultants, and a Business Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong and effective leadership, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Manage delivery of services and activities in most effective and efficient manner
  • Manage delivery and facilitation of jobseeker servicing and activities that promote and enhance jobseeker employability and transition into sustainable employment
  • Manage provision of feedback, liaising with relevant stakeholders, optimizing jobseeker engagement, participation, employment opportunities and promote Labour market awareness
  • Manage the review and response to existing and new employment opportunities
  • Ensuring site compliance, WHS of site and team, ensure effective two-way communication
  • Manage site finances and expenditures and multiple sites

Required Skills/Experience
  • Advanced leadership skills with a previous successful track record as a leader and manager
  • Advanced experience in planning, prioritising and achieving performance goals in a team environment
  • Thinking creatively, pursuing innovative solutions, and delivering results within a rigorous compliance framework
  • Demonstrated success in establishing a high standard of professionalism and innovation in customer service (includes ability to assess effectiveness and efficiency)
  • Demonstrated success in establishing a customer-first culture in the design and delivery of services, by empowering staff to make appropriate and timely decisions
  • Well-developed conflict resolution skills
  • Experience working in a KPI driven environment
  • Excellent computer literacy skills including proficiency using MS Suite of programs

Mandatory Requirements
  • A National Police check is required
  • Working with Children Check (willing to obtain)
  • Cultural Competency Training
  • Compulsory Code of Conduct, WHS and Bullying and Harassment training modules are completed and up to date'
