We are currently seeking highly motivated team members for a premier mining company, who have previous admin experience for site admin. If you are committed to safety, have a positive can attitude that will contribute to our great team culture, then we want to hear from you!

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support employee and contractor site mobilisation.
  • Fosters a positive team culture to drive efficiency across administrative processes and operational routines.
  • Assisting in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Maintaining and updating information such as rosters, flights, leave, MOP and MIP boards.
  • Managing and approving timesheets.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Assisting with and raising Purchase Orders.
  • Be able to use initiative independently to support Supervisors and Superintendents in a busy work environment.

  • Contributing ideas to continuously improve team and operational safety and performance.
  • Ability to multitask while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Practical understanding of mining operations.
