Chandler Macleod is working with a leading organisation, Mercedes Benz who currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy dealership located in Coffs Harbour.

You will be an important link between the customers and service department, ensuring an exceptional level of customer service is provided at all times.


The Role

The Service Advisor carries out a range of duties related to being the key contact between the guest and the dealership, for repair and maintenance of vehicles, including:

  • Coordinating servicing of customer vehicles
  • Taking enquires and service bookings
  • Keeping guests up to date with vehicle progress
  • Invoicing and administration
  • Handling guest enquiries
  • Supporting retention strategies and attracting new business
  • Promoting the business brand.
