Chandler Macleod currently seeking a dedicated and experienced administrator for an immediate start on behalf our client who is located in Brisbane's Northern suburbs. This opportunity will run for approximately 2 months with the possibility to extend.

Your duties will include:

  • Input bookings into spreadsheet
  • Answering calls to take messages for relevant teams
  • Processing bookings through VRP
  • Customer account set up
  • Customer account maintenance & Cancellations
  • Processing data & Data entry
  • Action cases through the CRM

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems Mandatory
  • Experience with Salesforce highly advantageous
  • Available to start immediately
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with Excel advantageous
  • Experience in a distribution / logistics administration environment Mandatory
