About the role:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor role is a position that will provide administrative support and end to end recruitment services and solutions.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Providing sound judgement and expertise around best-practice recruitment and sourcing methodologies to attract candidates, review applications, manage interviews, manage internal approvals and contribute a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Mange a range of Talent Acquisition improvement projects focusing on process and system changes and improving sourcing strategies.
  • Support the preparation of reports, advice and other documentation in relation to recruitment activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

About you:

Ideally you will have relevant education and experience in a similar role under Australian rules and regulations, as well as:

  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment, including leading great recruitment and selection campaigns.
  • Experience managing high volume of roles at the same time
  • A background working in Rail or Infrastructure Projects not essential but highly desired.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Systems knowledge across Springboard and SAP
