The Role

  • Provide high quality, collaborative Support Coordination and Capacity Building for clients, carers and families
  • Engage and connect with participants of the NDIS regarding both funded and unfunded support, and assist in building capability in maximising their plan
  • Ensure that all NDIS reporting and compliance requirements are met, including client nominated stakeholders
  • Ensure that a minimum of 80% of working hours are tracked as billable under the NDIS through efficiency and accountability.


  • Demonstrated experience in working autonomously in an appropriate environment, with focus and diligence, delivering high levels of service provision and measurable outcomes for multiple stakeholders
  • Relevant qualification (a minimum Cert IV disabilities, Mental Health or equivalent), experience in working with people with a disability, and understanding of both funded and unfunded support and services within the sector
  • Demonstrated understanding of relevant technology including Client Management systems, billable hours tracking, PRODA, NDIS and MyPlace service bookings
  • Demonstrated understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme including participant planning, milestone reporting, price guides, Assistive Technology, mandatory reporting, support coordination and plan management workflows
  • Demonstrated experience in working flexibly in a similar environment and providing service and support to a broad range of clients with varying needs, with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office applications
  • Will have attained previous experience in a relevant industry, service, or an equivalent level of expertise to undertake the range of activities required
  • Appropriate on-the-job training and relevant experience; or relevant diploma/degree/certification
