About the Position:

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team who have a passion for what they do with constant repeat business based on reputation (no cookie-cutter designs here!).
  • Liaise with engineers, project teams, authorities, and clients (where applicable) to deliver project documentation
  • Undertake drafting tasks under minimum supervision as required
  • Manage drafting components of projects from inception through to completion, including consulting, recommending, and advising on drafting areas.
  • Mentor and assist Junior Engineers
Experience/Qualifications:
  • Proven industry drafting experience ideally in Structural steelwork and multi-story concrete structures
  • Minimum 5 years experience with Revit (Structures) and experience with AutoCAD
  • Exposure to working on shared models in multi-disciplinary projects
  • Ability to read, analyse and interpret documents, and write effective documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal communication)
  • Willingness to support and mentor junior staff
