Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be managing up to 35 specialised operators with the purpose of your role to deliver on contract outcomes and manage day to day operations across various sites. Developing people capability and empowering your team you will embrace innovation and efficiency, and as an experienced leader you will bring strong communication skills along with high levels of safety orientation and customer centricity.

To help you succeed and deliver operational and financial success, you will be a visible and responsive leader that is well supported by various specialized technical shared services.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Effectively lead, train and retain skilled employees
  • Manage and schedule daily site operations to meet customer requirements
  • Inspect and audit site operations to ensure regulatory requirements are met and are performed safely in accordance with company policies
  • Management of SHES systems
  • Clear communication of company safety standards to employees and customers
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact and management of the customers needs and expectations
  • Control costs to agreed budgets, recognise value add business opportunities and identify cost saving projects

Previous experience within the mining industry is preferred however your strength in managing stakeholders and leaderships qualities is essential.
