About the role:

  • You will be managing caseloads of complex reported incidents
  • You will be liaising with service providers regarding reporting and obligations
  • You will be contributing to process and procedure improvement and documentation.
  • You will be ensuring all high-risk incidents are escalated in a timely manner.
  • You will be providing advice to several external stakeholders regarding trends identified through reports and investigations
  • You will be providing detailed operational support for programs and projects for the organisation

About you:

  • You will have previous experience in a reportable incident's role
  • You will have regulatory/assessment experience in government setting
  • You will have the ability to work autonomously and pickup systems and processes easily
  • You will have strong analytical skills including the ability to identify trends and opportunity for continuous improvement
  • You will have a great eye for detail, and have a high level of accuracy in your work
  • You will have the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You will have good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
