You and the team will deliver increased capability and leading expertise across talent attraction, sourcing, pooling and innovation across all roles; permanent and contingent. The solution will include a fully integrated technology platform and will deliver a market leading candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience.
This key Recruitment specialist role (working alongside 6+ other Recruitment Managers) is critical to the successful delivery of our new onsite model, managing its own portfolio within this business, whilst mentoring an offshore resource in go to market attraction and strategic sourcing to support the goals and targets around Fujitsu's hiring needs.

Being part of a current, capable and fun Talent team spread across multiple states and reporting into our experienced Program Director, the primary objective of the this full-time role is to:

  • Own and deliver recruitment services for a specialist division
  • Manage permanent and contractor hiring needs with the support and mentoring of a sourcing expert under your remit
  • Develop external partnerships and relationships with outsourced suppliers
  • Talent pooling and proactive sourcing techniques focus
  • Advertising, Screening, shortlisting, interviewing, assessment and offer duties to support the hiring manager population
  • Drive social media attraction campaigns
  • Mentoring and day to day working relations with an offshore recruitment resource

We have the need for two new experts in the team. One can have more of a broad corporate focus and due to the clients industry specialism, we would also love to hear from someone with an exceptional record of hiring in the specialist technology verticals such as Infrastructure, Data Apps, Cyber Security, Project Management, Staff Augmentation or Architecture.

Required Experiences / Skills

  • A real passion for and making a difference within Talent and sourcing
  • Success and experience in sourcing and recruiting permanent and contractors in hard to fill sectors
  • Solid Recruitment / Talent industry experience and knowledge (ideally IT / Tech industry)
  • Good knowledge and experience in driving successful attraction campaigns
  • Awareness in building brands and improving market perception
  • Talent pooling ability
  • Strong work ethic and professional stakeholder management experience
  • System and reporting experience
  • Ability to lead, manage and mentor as and when needed
