Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Senior Project Officer on a contract for 12 months with potential extension 1x12 & 1x8 months.

Skills & Experience:

The Contractor Placement Staff is required to have:

  • Diploma or Certification in Project Management (e.g. PRINCE2 preferred or other recognised qualifications).
  • 5+ years' experience in a Program Officer, Project Officer, Project Coordinator role.
  • Risk and Issues management experience.
  • Secretariat experience.
  • Experience working in aged care or health sector.
  • Experience working in the Public sector.

Minimum Requirement:

  • Proposed Contractor Placement Staff must be an Australian citizen, with evidence sighted by the supplier and only the number of the Australian citizenship or birth certificate or Australian passport provided with the CV
  • (Referee checks will be required for the preferred Contractor Placement Staff
  • (Police check - a Police check will be completed internally by our security team, so is no longer required to be completed by the supplier.
  • Prior to commencing, we will require confirmation of the industry award that applies to the selected Contractor Placement Staff.
