Our client, a leading organisation within the fintech industry, is looking to secure a Senior Partner Manager to join the team based in the Brisbane Head Office.

The ultimate responsibility of this role will be to work with a portfolio of software partners to encourage profitable sales growth, through merchant acquisition, on boarding and successful account management.

The role will include:

  • Developing and delivering strategic growth plans designed to maximise sales opportunities and overachieve on annual revenue targets.
  • Partner with key customers to execute agreed sales and marketing plans with the key objective being achieving mutual revenue budgets.
  • Promote products and services to partners and actively encourage them to drive product use with their merchants.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key stakeholder (both internal and external).
  • Provide analysis reports to management on progress to forecasts.
  • Populate and update CRM (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy of information, forecasts and opportunities.

In order to be considered, you will have extensive experience in a target driven sales environment. Ideally, your experience will be gained in the financial services or technology industry. You will have the ability to from lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels and your experience will include a proven track record of executing growth strategies in partnership with clients.
You will be commercially drive, enjoy an autonomous sales environment and have impeccable communication skills.
